Die Werks Exchange & Return Policy
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or faulty item).
Return & Exchange Time Frame
- You have 30 days from the product delivery date to return or exchange items.
Return Shipping
- Buyer pays for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We do not offer a pre-paid return label.
- Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage. We cannot accept damaged items due to improper packaging.
Initiating a Return
- Click the 'Start Your Return' button below to initiate a return.
- Ship returns to: Die Werks, 313 28th St, Ogden UT 84401.
- Do not ship returns directly to the manufacturer.
Size Exchange Policy
- Free one-time size exchange for domestic orders of Outerwear and Gloves. This excludes international orders.
- Exchanges are valid for different sizes only. For other reasons, return the item and place a new order.
- Include the desired size in the Notes section of the return form and in the return package.
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-Order items (e.g., Bung King Crash Bars & Risers) unless defective.
- Opened Motogadget items.
- "On Sale" items are final.

- Our recommendations are merely suggestions. Please conduct your own research to determine the best product for your needs..
Order Inspection
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any defects, damage, or are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days.
- Any visible damage to the packaging or product should be photographed and reported to the carrier immediately.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, packaging, and with original tags.
- Items showing signs of use or installation may incur a 50% restocking fee or be returned at the buyers expense.
- Items must be received within the 30-day return window.
- Products modified in any way are not eligible for return or warranty.

Refund Process
- Refunds, including shipping costs when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- PayPal and Shop Pay payments incur a 5% fee.
- Refunds are at Die Werks' discretion and typically take 4-5 business days to process.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except due to our error.
- Use a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost returns and will not issue refunds without receipt of the item.
Refund Delays
- Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to process. If you have not received it after this period, please reach out to your financial institution.
