Need help with a return or exchange? Email sales@diewerks.com with your order number, the item involved, and a brief description of your request.

Please contact us before shipping anything back. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send it. Do not send returns directly to a manufacturer.

Exchanges

Contact us before returning an item for a size exchange or other exchange request. Include the item and size you would like so we can check availability and explain the next steps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email sales@diewerks.com promptly with your order number and clear photos.

For shipping damage, keep the packaging and packing materials while the issue is reviewed.
